I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

Purchased this TV over a year for the sole purpose of gaming with my PS5. I have not been disappointed! Excellent picture quality and the frame refresh rate is amazing! I would definitely buy again!

Very professional and very attentive in and out very quickly

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

We have always purchased our electronics from Best Buys, because of the Geek Squad excellent protection plans. They back everything they sell. We have been 100% pleased with their excellent service for many years. Would recommend them to anyone.

This offer adds great peace of mind, i know anytime in 5 yeats if my new tv malfuntions for ANY reason the tv will be repaired or replaced for a one time fee at purchase. That is a huge weight off my mind!

I highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection with any computer purchase, and the two year is better than just the single year, they're great to work with, and you don't have to seek out a computer specialist, and hope they know what they're doing.
