I have purchased the protection with tv it gives a piece of mind

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

Excellent service and an affordable solution 10/10 would recommend.

If your buying electronics you better purchase Geek squad warranty.

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

Got a 50 inch TV a few years ago back in 2018 the screen was recently damaged on the TV thanks to geek squad 5 yr protection plan I was able to have my older TV replaced with a Newer model for only 20 diollar I highly recommend everyone purchase geek squad protection plan you new know when you may need it.

Haven’t had to use it yet so don’t really know it’s worth but I know if you get a good GS rep it’s a good service
