    I got this when I bought a new TV. I have not had to use this service yet, as the TV is working fine and hopefully I wont ever have to use this service, but it's good to have, just in case.

    Purchased an OLED tv and I would be lying if I didn’t feel nervous about encountering any issues. Such as power surge issues, burn-in, dead pixels etc. I usually lose power at my house during a heavy storm and living in Florida we get those quite often. So that is a big concern for me and of course the possibility of burn-in. I doubt my tv usage would cause burn-in early on but the peace of mind is worth it. I’d highly recommend geek squad protection

    TV has some wobbly frames that needed to be repaired. But other than that it's perfect

    Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

    The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

    When buying ANY electronics it's always good to purchase the extended accidental warranty!! Better to be safe than sorry, right?? I have spent many of Thousands of dollars through BestBuy and I've ALWAYS gotten protection plans on every product I've purchased. Lets face it, accidents happen and BestBuy has always, literally, covered ALL of my products that have had accidents and I've never had an issue with them replacing the products per the agreements! I NEVER buy something expensive (or not expensive) without an accidental plan. EVER! It's a cheap and must have option in m opinion!

    I purchased the 5 year protection plan on a previous tv. At 4 years and 11 months, the picture started to go out. Geek Squad was fast to come out and diagnose. Unfortunately, they didn't make the part anymore to fix it, so they gave me a gift card for a comparable tv that is 5 years newer. It was a no brainer to buy this protection for my next TV.

    We bought the 5-Yr warranty from Best Buy for our 55-in TV. We had a problem about 2 years later which was fully covered by the plan. We had a pixel issue about 5 months later which couldn't be fixed. Best Buy replaced the TV with the newest version for no charge at all. They even delivered it to my house and picked up on the old one! I will be buying the plan again.

    The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

    Geek Squad service is a super value - I have used it for repair or replacement many times over the years. It pays for itself in the long run. I never buy a major appliance or electronics without it. And only Best Buy has the Best Buy Geek Squad service. It is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy.

    Five year peace of mind on an Insignia TV.

    The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

    This right here is a must have. They brought in my TV and it had a crack in the middle of it and I called them and they came out the next day with a brand new TV. They didn't ask a lot of questions they just replaced it they said my warranty was good and it was here to help me answer me if I had any problems or complications called them and they will take care of everything. Having a warranty on your stuff that you purchase at Best Buy is the best thing that you can ever do.
