Why would you not, They stand behind the product and will do the right thing every time...

I took 2 star’s off because the tv is actually 38” not 43” but still a nice tv. Price should be reduced to reflect the correct size.

I moved to the lower level apartment in my home. Did not use the old tv as I purchased a new larger one. When I tried to set the tv up for my mom when she came to visit, it would not show a picture. The tv just showed a black screen. After 2 Reps told me they would replace it under my coverage. The 3rd told me no it is not covered. As it must be accidental damage from the move. I told him I only moved 1 flight down stairs and there was no crack or anything. I sent him a pic of the black screen and he said he sees damage on the inside of the black screen. I said send someone out here to check it. He said no that would be a waste of time. And told me again that this will not qualify to be replaced.

Was great for first few years now my picture went out but other then that was good now I got get ahold of them and see what my warranty covers hopefully it covers it

Picture is ok, of course the return period is over or I would have returned this. first, i had alot of issues setting this up but i did not want the :smart: feature. Now about a week ago I get no volume, i hav to turn it on and off three times every time before the volume comes on, what a pain!!!!

I had this for about 20 minutes and found out that it's pointless. Had a issue with tv and they told me to call manufacturer so I cancelled

This is the first and last LG product for me. I usually by Samsung and this time went against my better judgement. I keeps resetting my Firestick, forces all these ridiculous setting features and then cuts off again. I am tech savy and it is far from user friendly.

Once a dedicated customer never ever will I purchase anything from Best buy again Roadie which is a delivery vendor approved by them cancelled my delivery even when I was home taking a day off from work for my daughter's birthday I ordered a 50 in TV as a gift for next day delivery after numerous phone calls all day and night night my situation wasn't rectified with no update on when and if my order was rescheduled after going back and forth to Fordham getting different information from management I gave up. NEVER WILL DEAL WITH YOU CLOWNS ....Why should a customer have to wait for something they purchased for however long without any positive info.

This is an excellent TV that meets my need. Please be aware that best buy does not provide 3 months game pass with the TV which is offered by Samsung, amazon and other retailers.

i recommend geek squad for those who are technically challenged...good support.

Don't waste your time and money on Best Buy or Geek Squad for appliances. I always had good service from GS in store on computers so I bought the service plan and warranty for a new Kitchen aid s\dishwasher in 2019. When I needed service, I spent 30+ minutes listening to their torture music and finally got an "agent" who scheduled the repair. Repair person said that a new pump was needed and had it sent to my house and scheduled a follow up appointment to install. All good so far... But on the day of the appointment, we got a call and hangup at 6:35 from a blocked number.. At 2:30, I called GS and listened to another half hour of their wonderful music. Agent Useless answered and claimed that the repair person had called at 6:35 and didn't; get an answer. Apparently, he ordered the pump but not the clamps that he needed to complete the repair and would contact us to reschedule the repair. Useless would not give me a number where I could contact the repair person directly. Now that's great service!!! And it's the last household appliance that I will get from Best Buy. UPDATE: After 9 days, I received the clamps that the GS technician didn't order. They were regular hose clamps that are available at any big box store. Technician arrived today and looked at the pump that he had shipped to me two weeks ago and a part was missing. I guess I was supposed to do his job and inspect his parts before he arrives. And guess what...Geek Squad and Best Buy couldn't care less.

The absolute worst TV ive ever used. Trying to use it to play games on is impossible because itll auto switch inputs to try and get you to update some app you dont care about, and forget about using it off wifi the thing freaks the heck out. TV turns off on its own and refuses to turn back on for hours at a time. Whole experience with this TV has been extremely frustrating. Anyone saying good things is a paid spokesperson and you can tell in their reviews because they dont actually talk about the TV just a bunch of features not a singular regular person cares about. Whole TV is a mess and practically unuseable

Hoping to never have to use this product, but felt it was worth the price.

It's nice to have it handy for your purchase ,in case something want wrong .

Always a safe choice to get protection of this type whenever it is offered!
