Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

I bought this because I don't want to be sitting around looking at nothing. If the tv goes out I think the geek squad will come to my rescue and that's a whole lot better than sitting and looking at nothing.

$360 for a $2000 tv. If you can buy an expensive tv or electronic, you can buy the warranty. Go and look around at cheaper services. None compare to what geek squad covers and will fix.

The Geek squad has done a great job to make sure I have a TV that work properly.

Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

I haven't had to use it yet but the did use it on the last TV that I purchased and it was great. They came out and repaired the TV twice over 3 years. Then, on the third repair, they gave me a store credit for a new equivalent TV or I could use the amount towards a better one. Simple and very pleasant.

Haven’t had to use this yet and the tv is holding up just fine. But it’s in a young child’s room so the cost for peace of mind that whatever is broken can be fixed makes the value worth it.

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.

Worth every penny. Always opt for the extra service.

I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.

Nice picture and audio quality. Great value for the money

1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....
