    I had a two year old Samsung 55” TV. I purchased an extra year’s warranty. Two months after my warranty expired, HALF of my screen went black. I replaced it with a new 55” Samsung, but purchased a 5 year warranty. Hopefully this TV will make it past 2 years.

    Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

    I always try to buy all my electronics with the Geek Squad Protection. The last time it was kind of a hassle while bringing my grand Baby’s broken iPad by they finally worked things out. The only issue I had encountered

    I had a problem with my tv and the Chromecast that was built in it and they gave me my money back and I bought another tv that was better then the one I had the problem with, The geek squad is the best when it come to fixing things. They even have fast service.

    First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

    Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

    I was happy to see that my "open box" item (which was a Samsung 40" LED tcv) was eligible for best buy protection and was decently priced as well. So now I have that added level of comfort in knowing that if anything goes wrong with my TV Best Buy will fix or replace it... its always worth it especially when purchasing an open box item

    I wish i would have knew how this works but anyway i am glade i got the service cause i needed it a month after purchasing but could not use it untill a year later the manufacturing warrenty last a year an had to be used 1st

    I purchased the 5 year plan. When researching OLED TVs, burn in seemed to be something that many prolly mentioned was a possibility. I went with Best Buy in the end because if their great warranty that covers burn in. It was a no brainer really.

    I alway purchase Geek squad Protection. It is a very wise thing to do. You never know when you will need it. All you have to do is call Best Buy for them to come out to your house. It is very wise to purchase it. They do very good work.

    The agent had great customer service and great communication. He explained every step in the process of fixing my tv and made sure all my appointments were scheduled at convenient times for me.

    Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

    I generally stay away from extended warranties but one purchase I did take the warranty and low and behold I had an issue with my Sony TV and received a new TV since they stopped making the broken part-- all due to the warranty

    When my old tv's screen broke out of nowhere, the Geek squad did all they could, but nothing could be done for the screen, but they gave the credit (the price of the tv) so I could buy another one.
