I but the protection on larger itiems and glad we did. Our $2,200 Sharp TV and a problem and they refunded the entire purchase price 2 years into the contract and we were able to purchase a newer, better TV. There was no hassle involved. Good to have with major electronic or appliance purchases, worth the extra cost.

Always always always buy the Geek Squad protection plan when buying anything that has to do with electronics, kitchen or car stereo from Best Buy. These plans help insure that you can always get help when something happens or goes wrong.

I believe in warranties. If your TV breaks, bestbuy geek squad will give you back what you payed for or you get to put it towards a new TV.

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection Always reliable

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

The agents were very helpful and attentive. They helped me understand.

Great TV for gaming and watching sports and movies.

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.
