I would not buy another electronic product with out a geek squad warranty Exceptional service

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

GS always great. They are always great. I have had them come out for a few different appliances, my dryer more than once.

I buy this on products I care aboutZ New electronics are not warrantied as they used to be. So planning ahead for possible issues is whaf fhis warranty is all about.

This product is protected my tv for years I am very satisfied with it

Not sure what item I bought this for but since my Samsung experience I won’t not buy a warranty on bigger investments. Quality of items anymore is junk and need protection with high costs and inflation make living unaffordable

I bought this TV for my grandfather and he is enjoying it. Picture looks great for a budget TV. With the price you know what your getting.

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

Hope I never need the the 5 yr warranty, but glad I purchsed it.

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.

Always comes in handy to have the extra protection. Had to use it once and the process was great for a free replacement.

nice, hope i dont have to use it though. Sounds like they will replace the TV if something happens to it

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

The five year warranty is great They do what they say

Great thing to have for expensive electronics. Don’t have to worry about it in the future good investment.

I haven’t had to use it yet, but it seems clear and straightforward.

Absolutely outstanding warranty and is worth every penny. Bernard specifically has been an amazing agent and he's a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend this warranty highly enough.
