i haven't used the service but since I bought my Mom a new flat screen tv for Christmas I thought it was a good idea. If the tv is over a certain size they come to the house to service it

This 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is highly recommended. Always get it on everything I can from Best Buy. Just in case. They pretty much always come through if we have had issues with items that are covered.

The agent that came to my home to service our tv was professional, knowledgeable and on time as promised.

My technician who arrived to install my device was very professional calling me prior to arrival and answered all my questions and explained all I need to know to enjoy my total internet access throughout my property.

If you don't like manufacturers' warranties, best buy has a great price ... it's better since you can make an appointment and the technicians go to your house to check what is the problem with your device ... very good investment

When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

I hope I don't have to use it, I'm happy with my product and I wouldn't like it to be damaged even if the insurance is good

Greatest purchase ever glad I did. Ended up using it a year later. Tech services was excellent the tech guy was knowledgeable friendly. Repair date was set came out and was fast and easy. In and out.
