It’s great because if something goes wrong with it or it gets damaged they will cover it and fix it , if they can’t then they replace it .

Best Buy replaced with new TV INCLUDING INSTALLATION. I did some upgrading at the same time and paid for that. Great service and backup.

She was able to call the GS to help her set up the TV. She was pleased with the information and instructions provided by the tech and they were able to get the TV set up quickly.

Which it probably won't.Just, if it does, you can count on quick and fair resolution of any concern. Which is why I am loyal to Best Buy.
