If you're buying high performance equipment, this is worth it. I've had several TVs and items have failures and working directly with Best Buy/Geek Squad is far faster and easier than with the manufacturer.

Definitely get it if you are buying a big screen TV or high priced electronics. It is a good insurance for your comfort of mind. The service is above my expectation.

love the Geek Squad. They really have saved me Alot of times. They have saved my computer by either doing major overhauls or helping me over the phone with computer issues. Great techs when needing home service.

Purchasing a extended warranty is something always want but get scared to deal with companies on another level of customer service and understanding. Geek squad make things so easy and no hassle.

I have always heard good things about the geek squad. So when I purchased a tv. I made sure to include them with my order.. havent had to use them(thank god) however its peace of mind know i can if need be!

At first was not sure about taking the Geek Squad protection but now I have to say their staff is excellent, the service is quick and well done and it is nice to know if something does go wrong with my product they will tend to it in a professional, respectful manner

Best Buy's customer service team is exceptional. They treated us like royalty when we returned to non-working laptops for refunds and again when our online purchase was messed up. They resolved all of our issues immediately and fairly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Every time I purchase any technology from Best Buy (TV, laptop, ect..) I would always purchase Geek Squad protection. In case anything happens, I would always stay protected at all times. I would definitely recommend buying Geek Squad protection for every purchase you make.

If you have that what if thought lingering in your mind when you purchase something, please purchase this. It's painless & definitely comes in handy if something breaks.

Good additional coverage for TV at a reasonable price. But still hoping it won't have to be used.

Geek squad provides me with the protection I need if I have any problems with my product after the store warranty expires.

If you are buying a TV, the Geek Squad service is the best, They mounted the TV & had everything installed & showed me how to work everything before they left!
