Love having geek squad they always help me out when I don’t know what’s going on. Never had an issue

I haven't had to use it yet but am happy to know that I won't have to lug my 65" TV in for repair if needed. Best buy will come to my place! I like the fact that power surges are covered.

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

Well, haven't had to use the protection plan but my last TV lasted 14 months, and was not going to risk it again.

I liked this TV. Best price. No issues. Color is good. Sound is great. Easy to install. Picture clarity is great.

I don't buy any electronics without this warranty and going with the 5 year usually takes care of any problems that usually pop up after the manufacturer warranty expires. One repair or replacement usually pays for the cost of this service.

Absolutely worth thw money. It covered the tv and replaced it. They were great to deal with.

Never leave Best Buy without it. Protection value outweighs not having it at all.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

Thankfully, i haven’t had to use this yet, but it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have it. With the newer TVs being so large complicated, it’s great to know the Geek Squad will come to troubleshoot any issues and provide support.

Had my 70 inch Sony tv go out. 1 week left on my 5 year warranty. They refunded all the money I spent on the TV. Helped me to buy replacement. Great to work with!

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

very good place when in need for repair or just in case a accident

I really recommend the Geek Squad Protection. This 2 year protection allows me to not have any worries & when it's nearing expiration, I like how i get notification emails for renewing the protection again. I recommend this protection on all items.
