I bought this protection plan for my TV and had to have the service come out to my house the best decision I ever made always protect your electronics

It is nice to know if something goes south on tech or products, the Geek Squad will be there. Peace of mind is priceless.

I purchase protection plans with all of my Best Buy purchases because repairs are so easy and the customer service is amazing. When my item wasn't able to be repaired, I was given a credit to purchase a new one.

Pay the extra money for the warrantee for the piece of mind. It's worth it.

Although I have not had to use the warranty. Making it a must have when purchasing my electronic equipment. Per the warranty they will repair when needed.

I bought this because it was cheap enough if I had to replace it I wouldn't have to pay a lot.

Hoping we do not need this but we have peace of mind knowing we have the protection on our TV purchase.

Have not needed to use this yet. Hope I don't ever need it but have it because I had another $1200 TV that lasted about a year and seven months before it stopped working and no extended warranty.

I was so excited for my first big tv purchase, but there was no way I was leaving the store with out protecting my investment and it’s def worth getting Exsp as prices of tvs continue to rise

I have not been able to use Geek Squad during the Pandara because I have not been able to get them to answer from a call back that never happened or holding on line for a couple of hours. Before this time I was happy with the service.
