I purchased this for my mom when buying her a TV. I purchased a three year protection plan. Her and I thought it was great deal. It covers mainly all damages.

We don't usually purchase extra warranties for our products but Best Buy has a very good reputation for making good on the warranties. Our previous experience with Best Buy warranties has been very good.

Given the quality of the products I bought, this may have been superfluous, but I'd rather have somebody available who knows what to do - just in case.

Can not go wrong with adding some Geek Squad extended warranty so cheaply for a new TV. This is just an insurance policy it will last at least five years.
