    Tv was just droped off nothing else.. have to get help installing it myself .. but happy i had the extended warranty cause tv was only a few years old

    I haven't gotten the chance to use the plan wich I'm happy that I haven't lol Yet I always buy the warranty because you never know if you are buying the defected one.

    Hopefully we won’t need to use this. I bought it on a tv that was purchased years ago. We needed to use the warranty and had excellent service Go Geek Squad!
