I am going to set this at a 4 but will change if need be. I just bought my tv and so I haven't had to use it yet so we will wait and see if it was worth the money or not!!!

Purchased geek squad insurance for future possible issues

They'll give you a schpeel about how it covers MORE than what the manufacturer warranty covers, but it doesn't really. And you're paying for something you can't use. In my case, I paid for something I originally declined, but was talked into because I was promised it was added onto the end of the manufacturer's warranty, which was appealing. Only it didn't and I paid for something I never needed or wanted and when I needed it, it wasn't any good. To make it better, I tried to talk to them about a refund, and instead the customer "service" guy put me on hold for 1.5 HOURS and disconnected me. I called from my cell to see if someone could come back to the land line I was holding on and THEY put me BACK on hold for another HOUR before disconnecting me. So obviously, not impressed with the service or the product. No wonder they can't compete with Amazon or Walmart.

I highly recommend getting the Geek squad protection it worth it because of all the benefits

the agents explain me evrithing about my warranty if pass something again in a few years ia verry friendly and respect.

The agent explained how my tv works, programmed my cable box to the mfg remote, programmed my cable box remote to the tv.

The agents that mounted my tv were amazing. I love Geek Squad.

The 39" HDTV is wonderful. The picture is very crisp and clear. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it highly. It was also easy to set up, so I could do it myself.

I purchased this protection plan from Best Buy and I didnt use it, however it's always best to insure your merchandise!

I always purchase warrantys with all my purchases. Best Buy has the best in the business and I like the piece of mind I get when I buy them for my products

i HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE IT BUT IF I NEED IT I KNOW FOR AT LEAST 5-YRS. I'LL HAVE PROTECTION.

I have not had to use this yet and hope I don't but I feel much better with it. The price was a bit steep but the benefits of having it far outweighed the cost.

Always, always, always get the Geek Squad protection for any major electronic purchase when you might have to replace or repair an item. It makes for a sound investment.
