Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

Geek Squad Protection is a must for OLED TVs. I purchased the 5-year plan for a great price. I feel at ease knowing I’ll have Geek Squad coverage for the next 5 years in case anything goes wrong with my TV.

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!

Well be a great warrenty once Sansung manufacturers expires in a year.

I have been getting this plan on every tv that I have bought from Best Buy and it’s been a real life saver. It has helped me to replace the damaged or broken tv and be able to upgrade at that time as well. They also do the take down and set up to help out as well as take the old tv and box to dispose of for you.

I think it's a very good option I'll buy the guarantee since it covers any damage and you're calm and you won't lose your investment I recommend them

I bought the coverage for a TV. When the TV wouldn't turn on it was replaced with a new one.

I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

Good for all the things that might happen, replace or repair

The extra warranty is well worth it my tv suddenly died and with the warrant they gave me a new tv!

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!
