I haven't had the chance to use this but I'm happy I have insurance on my products.

Always great to have a warranty on the event something breaks and geek squad is always super helpful

they are very helpful, but sometimes difficult to reach the department. You get shuffled around corp and the local store, very frustrating

This is my first tv since 12 years! I have stepped into the future and I love it! The quality is great will be buying another in the future but bigger

I generally stay away from extended warranties but one purchase I did take the warranty and low and behold I had an issue with my Sony TV and received a new TV since they stopped making the broken part-- all due to the warranty

I had to use this once on a previous purchase and the interaction went as easy as can be. It’s there when you need it.

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

I haven’t had any problems with it yet! I only wish that the sound quality was better.

The service is good & quick and they mounted my TV and connected to all devices.

I really like the Explorer service because I haven't had a bad experience with it yet as always worked out any issues that I came across great service that's always there the answer questions and give you help on your product

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

I always recommend purchasing the geek squad warranty. The convenience of them coming out to your house instead of having to take your device to them is so convenient. No matter the item or price I always purchase extended warranty at Best Buy.

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.

We were so glad we got the extended warranty with our purchase of the Insignia 50" TV . The geek squad came out promptly, and replaced the power supply twice, the third time the power supply went bad, Best Buy replaced the TV at no charge, We are very happy with the replacement, and Best Buy truly stands by their warrantys
