I set up an appointment and was seen the same day. My tv wind up not working so the warranty was cashed in and got my.money back on a gift card. So highly recommend especially for open box items.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.
