I don't recall what I signed up for geek squad for but I've never had an issue with them and everything that's ever been handled by the geek squad has been done in a professional manner.

There's a number of things that can go wrong with new technology. So, I felt it important to buy the GeekSquad guarantee of keeping my tv protected from unforseen problems. Although, I am very confident with the Samsung brand!

Never had to use this but from what happened to my old TV I went ahead and purchased this just in case. I was a sad day when all I could do was recycle my old 70inch Sharp

Had a good experience with geek squad some time ago

I have had things break, stop working, and even get so hot, it smoked..lol.. Yes, I totalled out a vacume cleaner lol.. They stood up to warranty and replaced my items..

I have always loved using geeks squad it's the main reason why I shop at Best Buy

Geek Squad warranty replaced previous television when it was determined that the television could not be repaired. Ended up with a television upgrade. Frustrated customer (because of previous TV) turned happy and satisfied customer.

I did some research and settled on the Samsung TV. Had great picture quality, and good service life. When I got it home was easy to set up. great picture quality and good features. I love that it is a smart TV apps built into the TV.

The geek squad protection plan is actually the reason i ended up buying the vizio from best buy. If it wasn't for the plan i was gonna buy the same tv from Costco.

Purchased as early Christmas present for my grown kids. Their tv was going out in groups of pixels. They love the t.v., not so much the remote.

I've bought other warranties that make it so complicated that you give up trying to file it. Geek squad makes exchanging a damaged product so easy to exchange or replace. I prefer to pay a little more to get the geek squad warranty

Geek squad protection plans are second to none! I can’t tell you how many times they’ve had my back and I’ve gotten new TVs in exchange because the part wasn’t found. Well worth the money, highly recommended!

Great protection for tv at cost. Seems like Ive had it forever and I still have 3 yrs remaining.

Just bought a new Hisense TV and it’s nice to know if any issues arise I’ll be safe for the next 5 years. Peace of mind is definitely worth the extra cost

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.
