These guys are top notch and would recommend any customer who buys a new TV to buy the Geek Squad Warranty. They were very helpful in explaining the operating system of my 86 inch Lg Tv. Noland made some changes in my hookups to make the system easier to use. Made some adjustments to the picture quality and explained what he was doing so I would understand why he made the changes. Made changes so I could just use my Dish remote instead of using 3 remotes for the TV, Receiver, Dvd and streaming. Don't hesitate to buy the Geek Squad, its worth it for sure. Happy Viewing.

TV I purchased had a bad board. They replaced the board at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the TV with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

A necessary warranty plan to protect and cover any electronic item bought and ensure long life and functionality.

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.
