I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

When our LG TV was delivered I wanted to have it all set up before my husband got home and the Geed Squad help me through the set up and it was nice and easy.

Geek Squad service has always been great and helpful.

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

One of the HDMI ports on our TV broke because we had the protection plan we were able to upgrade our tv minus what we paid for the original TV. BRILLIANT!

The person we had helping us was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I would definitely seek him out again for any other needs I have.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

Having extended warranty gives me a great piece of mind. Best Buy is one of the top customer service provider.

I haven't needed them lately, but the Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions.
