    I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

    Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

    The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!
