The agents delivered my new tv on time and with care

Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.

I like the idea of having device protection and support. A good alternative to Apple Care.

Im still protected lol, low-key scared for when my three years are up

We bought the protection plan for our new TV worth the price and 2 years and with the size of our TV geek squad will even come to our house for repairs!!

I always get the two year replacement on my large investments. I like having piece of mind.
