I’ve yet to use my geek squad protection on anything yet but from what I hear it’s amazing and well worth it in the unfortunate event you need to use it.

Frig was repaired in a timely Manner, and product was replaced after it was declared a "lemon". However, we could not get the g. Squad to render the white glove service on the new frig. because they had already performed it on the original frig. Since we are in our 70's, setting up the family hub is way above our expertise. This oversight may very well be because they don't deal with lemons very often.

Really recommend the product no problem what so ever.

Love this protection plan. If we have any problems Best Buy is there to help make fixes or exchanges easy.

I bought the service and have never used it. So I’m not sure about how useful the Geek Squad really is.

It's a must you buy something that will continue to use protect it with a warranty so you don't waste your money.

The Geek Squad warranty is takeover the Manufacture warranty from delivery date it's not additional to manufacture warranty.

At the price of appliances and to repair them I think its a must buy.

The last year we have been issue free. This fridge has a ton of space!

Had Geek Squad coverage on a refrigerator. The ice maker went out three times and they let us pick out a new refrigerator for the same price we paid.

This service can be very valuable if you are not technically minded. For example, I had a screen issue with my iPhone and a small adjustment screw corrected it.

Worth the investment for a worry free mind at ease feeling.
