The Geek Squad Warranty cover's everything that can go wrong with the merchandise and they also throw in $200.00 dollar's worth of food spoilage.

So happy we got this for this fridge. They were out within a few days to help me.

Warranty is definitely needed. I was happy with the Tech, but they we not Geek Squad.

I had a refrigerator replaced it took some time due to cov-19.

I can't recommend Geek Squad Warranties (or TotalTech) on large appliances. Their scheduling is a mess. First, they try setting up an appointment for a Geek Squad employee to come on Tuesday. They're supposed to call on Monday to set up a time window. They never called and never showed. So I called back on Wednesday and now they scheduled it with a third-party company. When I say "schedule", that just means Geek Squad sends them a request. The schedule is actually up to the other company, but they called to work out the real schedule. When the third party company arrives, they tell me they don't work with Geek Squad warranty. Geek Squad needs to send one of their own technicians, not from a third party company. When I call Geek Squad back and tell them the whole story, they just try scheduling with the third party company again. Round and round we go. Ask for a supervisor; sometimes that helps.

I expect no issues if/when I do have to. The Geek Squad and Best Buy have never failed to delivery on any warranty I've purchased and used so far.

There is a protection plan that was purchased for the appliance. Hopefully it doesn’t need to be used.

Hoping I don't have to use the extended warranty protection but it's very nice to know that I have it,

Bought the 5 year for my new refrigerator will see if it work if I have any problems in 5 years???

Very quiet for its size. Loving all the extra space. Quality amd affordable. Great appliance.
