Love Best Buy warranty. Would recommend over and over

The specs were perfect. The refrigerator fit exactly where I wanted it to, it looks sharp, and there is pleanty of space on both sides

We always get the protection plan it really does save you in the long run if something goes wrong with your unit

I had issues with my refrigerator purchase and felt how this warranty can be of service. Good product and much better than manufacturer's warranty.

I haven't used them yet for my refrigerator but for other purchases I have & they're great knows what they're doing

Had ice maker problems, one call and appointment made, no questions and in less than 10 days repair completed, no more issues

Haven’t had to use this yet, but with our track record associated with fridges it felt like a smart option. Hopefully we won’t have any issues when and if we need to use this. Best Buy usually is reliable when it comes to this service.

Geek Squad is,where its at. Guys are professional and trustworthy.

Purchased geek squad protection for a TV I bought. Unfortunately the TV had to be repaired more than once. When I contacted geek squad for repair it was always 2 weeks before they could send anyone out to look at it or repair it. Ultimately the TV had to be replaced and I went 3 weeks without a TV after the geek squad never showed up to assess the problem. They then told me to shop online for another TV as they would issue a credit for my old one with free shipping. I waited for a week for the credit to come through but did not receive it so I had to call them again. It took 3 more days before I received it. So now I’ve been without a TV for a month. Found the TV I wanted and called geek squad about removing the delivery charge since they told me it would be free shipping. After 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved they told me they couldn’t help me and I would need to call the store. I called the store and explained the situation about the delivery charge and they transferred me back to geek squad. I spent another 2 hours on the phone again with a person named Vee who was rude and very non customer oriented. Even though she had the order in front of her all she could keep saying was she would not provide free delivery and I would need to go to store to pick up. After she repeated this over and over I asked for her manager or corporate number so I could talk to someone else. She just kept saying you need to go to store and no free delivery. Don’t waste your money on this gimmick!!!

Always get the warranty just in case. You never know.

Took multiple times, numerous calls, various in-home tech service visits, but end result, frig broke down and they replaced it. Highly recommend getting the service plan!

The installer mounted everything and all is well, 5 years plan extended wrty seems good.

This is a great product I should have bought the 13cu ft but this still is amazing.

A great upgrate. All my food is so much colder and it saves more energy compared to my last GE. Easy to use and better with a iphone.

I was looking at other places to buy appliances, and Best Buy seemed to have the best value for their warranties. I like that you don't have to pay for a service fee, it too is covered.

It's worth the investment. Never know if something breaks.

first time returning an item using the Geek Squad extra coverage and it was a breeze. buy the extra protection for peace of mind.

I typically don't worry about extended warranties as items are being built with longevity in mind. Of course, that's not so with electronics, (built in obsolescence).
