I had issues with my dryer but I got the protection service for 5 years and they are amazing.. Got my dryer working again

The customer service agents provided excellent set up and answered all of our questions regarding our refrigerator/ freezer.

Some people say the warrantee is not worth it. It is worth it when your freezer or anything of value goes out.

The Geek Squad Product Protection Plan is great! You never know when you'll need it or if Geek Squad will be needed to repair/fix any issue. I always get the plans for my purchases as extra protection.

I will always purchase a service protection plan for my new appliances! It is well worth the money and keeps me from worrying after that first year has gone by. I priced out service plans and Best Buy offers the same amount of time, same service for less money. Again it is well worth the money!

Item was easy to pick up. Ordered online and was ready when I got there.
