Definitely worth the protection plan in the event something happens to your product. Customer service does a great job helping you through the warranty process.

The people who delivered my refrigerator were very good. They took care of everything and took away the old fridge. They were very careful and set it all up nicely.

this is a necessary item. My prior fridge had a lot of issues with its ice maker and without this service i would have had a lot of troubles. In the end they refunded me my money to buy a new fridge.

The Geek Squad has been very good about helping us out with a fridge that was a lemon and replacing it with a different one that was in stock.

The refrigerator was delivered on-time and installed effectively. The service people went out of their way in helping me to disconnect the old refrigerator's water line to the ice cube maker.

I have worked with Geek Squad before and it has always been a pleasant experience, so to me purchasing this was a no brainer.

It is always a good idea to get protection coverage on your products. Well worth the price. Have not needed to use it yet, but if I need to, it will be in place.

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

It’s always good to have protection on any valuable item you buy, at the end you’re going to be happy and relieved when something bad happens because they will fix it or replace it for you.
