The delivery and installation on my television set was made very simple and easy. I would recommend the geek squad for anyone who is purchasing a new product from Best Buy.

Decided to buy a three year warranty after 1st unit's ice maker was not working. Best Buy easily agreed to allow the purchase even though I did mot purchase with initial purchase.

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

I haven't needed to use it but figured I'd purchase the 5 year plan. covers just about anything if it goes out. my old refrigerator didn't have it and just to have it looked at cost the price of the 5 year plan. hope I don't have to use it but glad I have in just in case.

I called the Qeek squad about the dent on my new Samsung refrigerator. I decide to see what kind of discount I can get for it. I was very happy with the amount.

I always by my electronics from Best Buy from televisions to fridge, washer, dryer, everything.

The extra warranty is all worth it. I have had 2 items that have not been repairable and they have done what they say they will do. I highly recommend the extra protection.

This is a nice refrigerator. Only thing that concerns me is the change Water Filter is much to often. Other than that, we are pleased with this unit.
