Have not used it as of now and hope not to have to use it

Hopefully the time will not come to use this but it was priced at a fair price. I like that the team from the store will answer service calls instead of a third party.

I really like that this fridge has the option for ice plus. The way the fridge runs is so smooth !

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

i am glad i bought this because i bought a new house and needed to buy alot of appliances. this also includes getting a tv mounted for free if bought through best buy!

Because of the expense of the refrigerator and the fact that it was a built in unit I felt it was prudent to purchase Best Buy's extended warranty.

It will come in handy for my freezer! I think BB should have a bundle price for all the household gadgets we purchase instead of buying every time we purchase something new!

Anytime there is an issue it’s always good to have purchased a warranty. I haven’t needed it but I’m glad I purchased it. Anything man made can brake.

Enjoying the geek squad service. Nice to have experts available when you need them. Other perks are great too like installation, haul away and extended warranty.

I always buy the Best Buy warranties and have a 50/50 useage of them. Overall not bad prices if you have the total tech program since it drops the total price of the warranty by a good amount.

For the price, I have peace of mind! Fortunately, I haven't had to utilize this service.
