The technician was able to Mount my TV’s and got them set up for programming. Was through in explaining how to use the applications and how to use the remote. Very professional.

I always Buy Geek Squad warranties anything ever happens either they will try to fix it if it can't be fixed you will get a new one. It might seem a little expensive to buy the warranty but having the peace of mind is well worth it.

Bought this for my fridge. Have had issues with my fridge from the 1st month. Since whirlpool never did anything on their end to fix my issue I called Geek squad and got a tech to come check my product. The tech came out and said the fridge showed everything normal but he clearly sees what the issue is. Never heard again from them and have not bein able to get my issue repaired or replaced.

Easy to purchase warranty even within 60 days of buying product.
