This refrigerator is really nice. Works great, plenty of space and nice sleek design.

Called Geek Squad the day of my delivery because the refrigerator began making loud noises. Geek squad helped me connect with the people who could assist me. Long story short, Best Buy replaced my refrigerator within the 10 day return window and all has been good for 7 weeks:-)

Have not needed to use the warranty but hope if i need it, it will help me at that time.

one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. installer tried to remove water line from refrigerator before shutting the water off, then told me I needed a plumber to install because a pipe was leaking. I created an account just to make this review. I would advise anyone I know not to order from Best Buy. Picture of 'leaking pipe" attached

Great economical way of eliminating any concern of repair expenses.

Anytime you can get extended coverage you hope you don’t need it but you have that piece of mind that should something go wrong, you have help that knows what they are doing. I’ve used them in the past and they have been life savers. Highly recommend spending the little extra money so you sleep at night worry free as we all know anything can and will go wrong these days completely out of our control.

I’m glad I got this protection for my refrigerator. I’ve always had problems with them.

Brought the 3 year warranty not expecting to use it so soon but the water/ice dispenser wasn't working, they set up and appointment, texted and called as they was coming and did an outstanding job of communicating.

I haven't use them yet. But i know if i need them to come in there a call away

I have always purchased these Geek Squad Protection and have had to use them a couple of times as added protection to the manufacturer's warranty.

I purchased the five year warranty, just in case. With all the new electronic functionality I wanted to make sure I'm covered incase it needs repaired. I've used Geek Squad over the years and they have been excellent.

I purchased the Geek Squad 5 year warranty for my Samsung side by side refrigerator because I have purchased both a computer and a Samsung TV from Best Buy in the past and purchased the extended warranty on both items. It was a wise choice because my TV had a problem and the Geek Squad got it fixed in no time at all.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it is nice piece of mind having it.

I am thankful for such an offer. Ive used Geek Squad many times in the past without disappointment

within 1 year of purchase, my GE freezer is constantly running extremely loud. Today the squad came out for a 3rd time, but still they don't have the correct parts ordered from "GE", and now scheduled for a 4th appointment. UNREAL!!!! Oh yes, and the window is always 7am-7pm -

Again Best Buy's Geek Squad warranties are the best on the market. I have had other companies with products I am replacing now that had long wait times, made you do multiple calls, and wait some more. I hope this does not happen with Geek Squad, but who knows... I have had Geek Squad on other products and never had a problem with the service or replacement when it was required.

This is good for our refrigerator in case there is a problem.
