No supervisor is available to talk to one and phone calls are not returned!No one was interested in helping me to have the dryer properly installed! A saga over 1 week with no resolution whatsoever! I need to pay a handyman since what I already paid for - the geek squad service - does nothing!

My first repair was done by Geek Squad on 10/20 Rep came out ordered parts. Order was complete on 10/21. Moving forward to 12/28 the ice maker making noises and not producing ice. Geek squad originally game me a date of 1/7/21 and now have moved to 1/21/21. I don’t have any faith that they will come out then. I have been out of ice maker since 12/28/20.
