I buy geek squad service plans for all of the items I get from Best Buy it's just a no-brainer. They are the best service plans offered anywhere.

hope I don't ever end up needing this but it is nice to have the coverage if we have a problem. They also say they cover up to $300 of lost content if the refrigerator goes out during the five year warranty period.

Really good to have this added protection. You never know when you need it. Just pay for the plan and then everything else is free.

We have the warm fuzzy feeling of knowing we are protected in case we have problems in the future. Our Total Tech Support Plan even allowed for a discount.

You have to have warranty coverage for your appliances. Geek squad protection is way better than dealing with the manufacturer warranty.

We had a previous plan that allowed us to receive a new refrig. Our old refrig was a lemon. We learned from this. Plan paid for itself several times over. thanks

Best warranty you could possibly get. Any purchase i make at best buy, geek squad purchase is a must.

All in all, this is a very nice fridge. We had a problem after awhile with the ice maker though. Had it replaced free because we were under warrenty. The real issues we had were with the delivery people. The rudest and most incompetent people we've ever dealt with. The morons almost flooded our kitchen after they left. No one at the Geek Squad could help us. I had to personally go to the store and speak with a manager who gave us a small compensation. I will probably not buy any large appliances from Best Buy anymore. Too many problems with delivery people and customer service.
