Anytime I need assistance with laptop/printer, etc. the Squad is there to help. Every time I needed assistance, they were able to help me through the problem.

The worst customer service, too many protocols, lies upon lies, they don't want to take responsibility for the replacement, they keep giving you the runaround to resolve anything.

I haven't had to to utilize the geek squad protection for this product yet however it's nice to have the insurance just in case.

Always buy the Geek Squad protection and it's always been worth doing so. Had issues previously with only a month left and got a free TV because I had the protection.

This product has many space and room for almost everything and it can hold food for two weeks. I love and I’m very happy with it. Thank you LG and bestbuy.

Haven't had to use this yet for the freezer; but I've used geek squad in the past with a great experience.

Expensive insurance policy. I buy for piece of mind. Especially for the refrigerators. It’s a pain to replace them and expensive.

Glad I purchased the Protection Plan because my Samsung ice maker Failed all ready. But the repair guy put in a new ice Maker.

Hopefully we won't ever need it but got the extended warranty. Buying from Pacific Sales / Best buy it was half the price of what the company working with GE cost.
