Customer service is pretty okay. Technicians that came out were courteous however did not fix the issue 2 times so far.

It is worth it when we call them, scheduled the visit, abs tool care of the issue very well. It is worth it.

This was purchased to extend a warranty on new refrigerator for a rental unit. Based on previous experience, the Geek Squad does live up to its reputation.
