    The delivery and install by geek squad was good. They were pretty careful and cleaned up after themselves. The deliveries and install by third party company could use improvement. Remember to request for geek squad even if it will take a little longer for an appointment.

    Haven't had to use the GSP coverage yet, but just in case we need to, we know it's there. BB geek squad has always treated us well.

    Horrible!!! The water tasted bad after putting in a new water filter. Put in a work order, they came out and said it was the water line connector that's causing the bad tastes in the water. They do not services anything attached to the refrigerator. The warranty only covered what is build on the refrigerator. Replaced a new water line connector, the water still tasted bad.
