Geek Squad did a great job. They got to my place later than scheduled, but still did a great job.

Haven't had to use it. But have had geek squad many times before. Always get it. Worth it's weight in gold when you need it. Cheep insurance

You can’t go wrong with the geek squad warranty if something happens they fix or replace the item

Unfortunately products are not made to last anymore and we have had to use our geek squad warranty many times. It was always easy to schedule a time for repair.

Our refrigerator broke after 1.5 years and it could not be fixed by geek squad or the manufacturer so they replaced it which was great but what they don’t tell you is that you is that the 3.5 years left on the warranty does not transfer over to the new refrigerator. So we’re out $350 for the original warranty and spent $350 on the new warranty. doesn’t seem right.

Always like to keep with my geek subscription. For the discount and discount on any warranty will recommend it.

Never buy somthing of this value without protection . Last unit went out 3 times. Wich I had it then.
