Great refrigerator it runs great very nice keep your food nice and cold I have not had any problems

I can't recommend Geek Squad Warranties (or TotalTech) on large appliances. Their scheduling is a mess. First, they try setting up an appointment for a Geek Squad employee to come on Tuesday. They're supposed to call on Monday to set up a time window. They never called and never showed. So I called back on Wednesday and now they scheduled it with a third-party company. When I say "schedule", that just means Geek Squad sends them a request. The schedule is actually up to the other company, but they called to work out the real schedule. When the third party company arrives, they tell me they don't work with Geek Squad warranty. Geek Squad needs to send one of their own technicians, not from a third party company. When I call Geek Squad back and tell them the whole story, they just try scheduling with the third party company again. Round and round we go. Ask for a supervisor; sometimes that helps.

The Geek Squad always takes care of you when you have the protection for your merchandise.

I have had nothing but good luck with my home appleinces over the years but, I get the protection for piece of mind. I am very pleased the the price.

So far so good I have not had to use it. Price was fair.

Had an issue with the water valve but in the end got it installed fine. Hope I won’t need the warranty.
