We couldn't pass on the value that an extra 3 years of protection meant to cover any issues outside of our home warranty.

Have had no warranty work to see how that goes. They were knowledgeable and did good work on installs.

A good investment over 5 years; hope I NEVER have to use it! But with service call costs going up, if I use it once, it pays for itself.
