Ive never had a problem with best buy and their warrenty program fast service if major applience needs repair

purcahsed a 5 year warranty and its been less than 2 years and the refrigerator is falling apart from the bottom freezer where the drawer rolls out onto the thin plastic inside which Is now causing the inside to fall apart and styrofoam is crumbling inside and you can't open the drawer anymore. The geek squad rep said it would be replaced because its obvious wear and tear and then a day later called and said it was not covered.

Great. Not used it yet. Hopefully will be available to use when necessary
