I AM ENJOYING THE DOOR IN DOOR FUNCTION. THE DOUBLE ICE MAKER IS ALSO VERY HANDY WHEN EXTRA ICE IS NEEDED. PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE INSIDE AND I LOVE THE SLIDE OUT DRAWER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR. WE LOOKED AT MANY MAKES AND MODELS OF REFRIGERATORS AND THIS ONE DEFINITELY HAS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK! NO REGRETS PURCHASING THIS REFRIGERATOR.

When buying appliances it is recommended to buy an extended warranty on the product especially when you are putting the appliances into rental units. Renter are usually P IGs and don't care about using an appliances that they do not own. Just a thought

Delivery was good and delivery guys were friendly and haul off was good as well

Best Buy has the best protection plans out there. I had use get a TV repaired and since they couldn’t repair it. They replaced it and gave me the exact value of the TV that I paid for it 3 years earlier. I now buy geek squad protection on all items!

I think all major purchases should have a warranty on them. I never buy without one.

Haven't had to use this and hopefully won't need too!! It is nice for the piece of mind and not having to renew the manufactures warranty every year. I only buy these for big ticket items and only had to used this warranty once before and was pleased with the experience.

There was no problem with entering our home or maneuvering to get to the kitchen. They were great

We purchased the extended warranty and are soooo glad we did. Sorry but refrigerators are NOT made like they used to be. Cheep parts. BUY the warranty. BB/Geek Squad are the best. No hassle to get the repairs.

Would not buy anything without geek squad protection. Bought a game console for my kids recently, it broke like a moth after and i got it fixed no questions asked. For peace of mind and to protect your investment you are better off getting the service.

Have not used this product yet, and hope not to use it. I have used the same company for other items and never had any trouble with claims.

I purchased this refrigerator earlier this year and it makes loud noises inside of it when doors are open and shut. The freezer is not airtight and frozen water droplets are all along the top of the inside edge

It's always better to have protection plan than nothing because you never know if your Refrigerator it's going to break down the road, after I let my old protection plan expire that's what happened to my old fridge after 11 years of service I had no protection plan and the parts are very expensive even if you want to fix it yourself.

Love everything about this fridge. The custom ice maker wows everyone. And everyone loves the door in door access to condiments.

Good, i like it.very smooth, I can move it very easily. Can hold a lot of food, and has the ability to cool extremely quickly

I PURCHASED A TOTAL TECH PACKAGE, IT WAS WORTH IT, I WAS ABLE TO USE IT FOR EVERY PURCHASE. IT PAYED FOR IT SELF , I WAS ABLE TO SAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND WHAT EVER I PURCHASED IS COVERED WITH GEEK SQUAD, WHAT A RELIEF!

Love the frig it is a wonderful item in the house after the 15 days i found the same item for 999.00 at remart in Anaheim
