Purchased with our new LG refrigerator. Good value to protect our investment and avoid any near term warranty management issues.

I purchased refrigerator that was delivered Jan 4th. I woke you this morning to what I thought was the lawn man outside my window. To my unpleasant surprise, it was my $2699 Samsung refrigerator sounding like a mower. I called Best Buy and was informed that even with the $299 Geek Squad protection plan it's nothing they could do because the first year everything is covered by the manufacturer. My protection plan started on the day of delivery which means for the first year my Geek Squad protection plan is for nothing. For all of my other appliances Geek Squad has been 100% on point, for the fridge not so much.

The 2 gentleman that delivered the refrigerator where so respectful and new what they where doing.

haven't had to use the service yet but it's nice knowing if something goes wrong with our appliance they'll come and fix it.

Well, I haven't had to use them yet, so it's sort of hard to review. My hopes are that they will live up to 5 stars! I bought this because not all reviews were wonderful for the LG refrigerator. The price is reasonable for the peace of mind if my fridge doesn't live up to the 5 stars I gave it! So far... everything is great!

I have not used this yet but I wish I had since the dispenser on the refrigerator is not functioning properly since delivery

Haven't had to use it yet, but I've used it in the past on other products and the protection has been good to me.

I can't really say on this particular purchase because they forgot to put our refrigerator on the truck! We'd been waiting about 7-8 weeks and had been living out of an ice chest for 3. Needless to say, we bought a much nicer refrigerator from a different store.

I always apply Geek Squad protection to expensive electronic purchases, cause you never know. Plus, depending on product, you can easily exchange in store versus other protection plans were they use a 3rd party!

The agents were very professional - took care to deliver and set up new refrigerator and removed the old. Great Customer Service!!

I think is good to have warranty just incase the refrigerator will fail & its gives you peace of mind that you are protected

I just recently purchased an entire kitchen suite. When I first purchased my appliances I did not purchase the protection plan. I just recently went back to the store and purchased the plan for the fridge only. I feel like I can sleep better knowing that my purchase is protected. Happy that I made this choice.

Best Buy is the best store I like to buy items in this place the customer service are excellent

Geek Squad standard protection is a must have. I haven’t had to use it yet with my new ‘ ‘fridge, but the professionalism and expertise with other purchases make me want to recommend the Geek Squad.

Bit overpriced 3 year warranty for an item purchased for less than $400 but it's a need.

I had issues with my refrigerator purchase and felt how this warranty can be of service. Good product and much better than manufacturer's warranty.

Took multiple times, numerous calls, various in-home tech service visits, but end result, frig broke down and they replaced it. Highly recommend getting the service plan!

I purchased this agreement, and hope not to have to use it. Seems to be a good deal, still hope that I do not need to use it, hope that the refrigerator last a lot longer than the warranty and is pro long warranty thank you.
