It is a 50-50 tossup when dealing with geek squad. Sometimes they are attentive and go above and beyond the call of duty while other times you’re sitting there for hours with no solution dealing with someone who really doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s a 50-50.

Haven’t had to use the warranty as of yet the fridge is to new.

In today's world of uncertainty BestBuy warranty gives you a peace of mind. Being local they are very responsive and feels more trustworthy.

Just nice to know I have the protection plan. Why spend thousands of dollars and risk not getting an extended warranty. Also the price varies depending on the price of the item.

Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator after a year of having the product, I began having difficulties. Having the Geek Squad Protection Plan, I was ultimately able to replace the product.

Would highly recommend purchasing protection. Geeks are always available and if a problem exists they will let you know and recommend the best option, whether to return or fix item.

We signed up for the warranty and hope to never use it. We shopped around and Best Buy had the best service package for the best price. They actually use their own "Geek Squad" versus many others that contract out. Fingers crossed.

havent need to use there service for my fridge got the protection just as a back up incase we needed i do have there protection on other items and there repairs and services are outstanding

Knock on wood haven’t needed to use geek squad yet. But it has been a peace of mind to know that we can get any problems fixed on site for at least the first the three years.

So far so good. Good tech support when needed. Hopefully they're able to assist me if and when my appliance falters,

Geek’Squad has always went the extra mile for me, through all the problems I have ran into with dealing with Best’Buy staff in the stores, and problems in general.

I have not had to use the plan. But better safe than sorry. I did read reviews from people and they recommended as refrigerator had problems down the line.

I have used the Geek Squad service many times for various things. I have always been satisfied with the professional service, knowledge and resolution of what I'm there for. I will always take advantage of the Geek Squad service.

Bought the warranty but hope I don't need to use it. Love the freezer!

We had some trouble with my dryer, and had no idea what it was. Turns out it was a piece of clothing stuck, but luckily we had bought the protection plan to help in case we ever needed it. Saves on calling others to service appliance.

Have not had to use the service.. hopefully never have too. Product is good

I love this freezer it really does the job and is very handful also

It better to get warranty on high price ticket items because if you decide to cheap out it can come back to hurt your wallet it repaireds.
