This protection plan is a MUST! It saved me $1000 from buying a new Tv

this is a must when you purchase appliances from Best Buy. we had to use this on our previous purchase and it paid off.

This warranty is well worth the money. Was able to replace fridge with all the money I spent minus warranty when my fridge went back after 3 years.

We had a previous plan that allowed us to receive a new refrig. Our old refrig was a lemon. We learned from this. Plan paid for itself several times over. thanks

I did not use the geek squad service for my purchase.

We have been without a correctly functioning fridge for 4 months now. No one in customer service seems to care that there is no solution in sight. One service tech has already 'repaired' the issue and a week later the same problem was back. NUMEROUS service techs have no-called/no-showed or cancelled last minute appointments with us. Today, customer service informed me they would love to reschedule the tech visit (from today, 8/5 that was a no-show), but they can't because there are no available appointment options. It is ridiculous to expect your customer to go 4+ months without a functioning fridge with NO END in sight. Do better, geek squad.

I buy geek squad service plans for all of the items I get from Best Buy it's just a no-brainer. They are the best service plans offered anywhere.

The guys that showed up and installed the fridge were great. They were very quick and friendly.

The Greek Squad 5 year protection service is a great add on, even though I may not need it, because of the quality appliances I purchased.

Always have back up warranty in case of mistake,could never be too sure

We have the warm fuzzy feeling of knowing we are protected in case we have problems in the future. Our Total Tech Support Plan even allowed for a discount.

Great refrigerator plenty of room in both compartments

My husband is remodeling our kitchen and chose this fridge as a wonderful addition to the new kitchen. It looks great and is very spacious. The only things I would like it to have is moveable door shelves and maybe a third drawer.
