Best Buy-LG Repair servicemen schedules too long, refrigerator not cooling properly had it repaired twice in less than a month and after they acknowledge it needed to be replaced it's taking them an awful long time to resolve issue, I waited since January until March 2021 for them to issue a refund (Not refrigerator all this time) when they finally issued one electronically the link doesn't work and they are telling me I need to wait another 2 weeks for them to send another e-refund. Not even sure if that one will work. called 10 different numbers from Best Buy and all of them route you to the same customer service department with the same answer that my case cannot be solved, apparently CSR doesn't have managers. so frustrating

Bought a refrigerator from best buy outlet. It was an open box but was said to be still functioning. After having it for 14 days we noticed everything in the freezer had defrosted. Temperature reading inside the fridge said the freezer was at 0 degrees Fahrenheit but in reality it was at 60 degrees when i put a temperature probe inside. Geek sqaud came out 4 days later to repair. They claimed the gasket on the freezer was not sealing correctly cause it to let heat in. They then “repaired” it and later that night it was still not freezing. Had to call them again and now have to wait another 2 days to have someone come out again.

love the part we are able to get extended warranty, make life so easier!

if you own electronics this is a must have for all electronics.

I haven't needed to file a claim on the appliances that I purchased this 3 year protection plan on. So I really cannot say if the service offered is all that great. However, the peace of mind given with the purchase of this makes it worth it in my opinion.
