I had issues with my dryer but I got the protection service for 5 years and they are amazing.. Got my dryer working again

Required item fo any appliance. Bought if for a chest freezer and im glad i did.

It’s always good to have protection on any valuable item you buy, at the end you’re going to be happy and relieved when something bad happens because they will fix it or replace it for you.

I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t had to use the warranty and hopefully, I wont have to.

peace of mind to have an extended warranty. haven't used it yet but it nice knowing you don't have to worry about repairs.

I have worked with Geek Squad before and it has always been a pleasant experience, so to me purchasing this was a no brainer.

Easy to setup a Service Request in case something breaks down.

We purchased this additional coverage so believe it will cover whatever repairs we need , if any!

Probably never happen, but just in case it breaks down two days after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.

I did not hesitate to get this option as I have it on my computer I purchased from Best Buy. I have had to use it for my computer and found it to be painless and very efficient. I have no reason to believe the service will be any different for the refrigerator.

Very happy with my purchase. Have had no problems and it works great. Fit perfect in the small space we needed it for.

Definitely worth the protection plan in the event something happens to your product. Customer service does a great job helping you through the warranty process.

I purchased geek squad for protecting my new purchase

Decided to buy a three year warranty after 1st unit's ice maker was not working. Best Buy easily agreed to allow the purchase even though I did mot purchase with initial purchase.

Worker explained the process of the 3year geek squad protection plan and if anything went wrong with them item we bought, the protection will take affect until the expiration date stated on the plan.

Your delivery guys were polite, kept me informed whelile they were doing things, everything 5 stsr

For now just 4 stars since I haven't use it yet. I will do another review once I used it.

The people who delivered my refrigerator were very good. They took care of everything and took away the old fridge. They were very careful and set it all up nicely.
