I took this guaranty because geek squad is excellent in all aspects.

This warranty makes me feel at ease, its affordable.

It takes a lot of stress out of a large purchase knowing you can rely on experts should things go wrong. Very happy I got the extra protection!

Bought this with my new little freezer. Thought it would be good insurance just in case something went wrong. Don’t usually buy protection plans. Thought I would this time. Great price for 3 years.

Scheduling is easy. Service times are reasonable and technicians are competent. One appliance was replaced with a new unit in a very reasonable time frame.

Happy I haven't had to use it! Insurance is always a rip off until you need to use it. If you have the funds it provides peace of mind.

I get GS protection on pretty much everything I get from Best Buy, it’s hassle free if you need to use it. No hoops to jump through and no funny business.

The geek squad are professionals, always prompt and courteous. They get things working and provide tips on how to maximize value of your purchase.

Have not had to us the Geek Squad for this product yet and hopefully won't. I have used them for computer issues and have been satisfied with their services. With all the tech in products today it's good to have some help available.

You absolutely need to have a warranty on any appliance. Not that the quality or brand is bad, but that extra peace of mind is crucial

A bit pricey, but worth the peace of mind for after the first year of manufacturer warranty expires.
