Perfectly needed for high price electronics. happy with service

havent used yet so not sure about warrantee do not know

We have been without a correctly functioning fridge for 4 months now. No one in customer service seems to care that there is no solution in sight. One service tech has already 'repaired' the issue and a week later the same problem was back. NUMEROUS service techs have no-called/no-showed or cancelled last minute appointments with us. Today, customer service informed me they would love to reschedule the tech visit (from today, 8/5 that was a no-show), but they can't because there are no available appointment options. It is ridiculous to expect your customer to go 4+ months without a functioning fridge with NO END in sight. Do better, geek squad.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator and I got the geeksquad warranty

I wouldn’t buy anything without getting a service protection plan. The peace of mind is 100% worth every penny.

HAVE NOT YET HAD TO USE WARANTY BUT HAVE HAD PAST WARRANTIES WITH BEST BUY.

Best Buy warranty plans have come through for us before. It's too early to say whether that will be the case for this one.

I am satisfied with the team, it is easy to handle and convection oven charm me. The food was faster than in a conventional oven

Protection plan was a great deal on four appliances for 5 years. Hope all appliances are trouble free for more than 5 years
